After I FINALLY filled my ftx bowling bag, it came out to 131 pounds or 59 kgs… will this effect it’s longevity of use, because it said that they? usually end up around 95 – 100 pounds after fill.? Also, I’m having a hard time finding a 6 end chain and swivel could I get away with doubling up some ends together on a 4 end chain and swivel?

@superheaton well it can help with learning how to breath efficiently witht he mouth piece in.? thats why we always wore it in my old gym. and breathing is harder with mouthpiece in. so i guess that helps make it at least a little harder.
would have been better to see kaoklai working the bag to see how it can really be used instead of 2? noobs.
